Go to the mountains and seas to chase dreams in the Bay Area! On the morning of 26 March, the First Shenzhen Yantian Shanhai Half Marathon kicked off, with 15,000 runners from 19 countries and regions running as promised without fear of the elements (wind and rain).

As the starting gun rang out, Chen Peina, the Olympic runner-up and windsurfing world champion, took the lead and began running alongside her fellow athletes on the track. This Yantian "half marathon" is considered the highest-level A1 event in the country.

Whole-process race medical insurance

In order to successfully complete the guaranteed work for this marathon, as early as one month before the race, all team members on duty conducted pre-race training, including field rescue technical training, rescue mechanism, treatment of common injuries, early warning and emergency response, etc.

Ambulanc(Shenzhen)Tech. Co., Ltd., as a professional AED manufacturer, provides a complete set of AED equipment for the event volunteer rescue team, assists in simulated rescue training, and cooperates with drills to rescue sudden-death patients in the first place.

Amoul® AED protects every running heart.

The Yantian Half Marathon route starts from Dameisha Seaside Park on the north side of Shenyan Road, Yantian District Administrative and Cultural Center Square, with a total distance of 21.0975 kilometers. In terms of medical logistics support, more than 1,200 volunteers are all over the front line of competition, medical treatment, and security. They set up fixed medical stations and special supply points along the track.

The AED equipped by Ambulanc (Shenzhen) Tech is light and portable, with a 7-inch ultra-clear display screen, clear animation and voice guidance, automatic adjustment of discharge current, bidirectional exponential truncated wave technology, high defibrillation success rate, and more suitable for public emergency use. Actively cooperate with the track rescue GPS command system on the scene to quickly dispatch fixed-point and mobile-point AEDs, respond to the rescue needs of the track, and effectively protect the lives of athletes.

A successful marathon is inseparable from professional medical lifesaving equipment.

The marathon schedule is long, and the athletes have a heavy load. The leading cause of sudden death in running is cardiac arrest caused by ventricular fibrillation (ventricular fibrillation). Once an emergency occurs on the track, in addition to standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), a "life-reversing" AED is also required.

The Amoul® AED utilized during the marathon's rescue operations demonstrated remarkable effectiveness and earned widespread acclaim from participants and organizers alike. The company is committed to continuing its active involvement in social rescue and public welfare programs, leveraging cutting-edge technology to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all runners.
