The lifesaving innovations of Amoul® have gained recognition from various first-aid organizations across the globe. An emergency can happen anytime; having an AED on site increases cardiac arrest awareness and enables more first responders to know how to use an AED.

It is understood that Scuola Cani Salvataggio Nautico is the only association in Puglia registered in the Regional Civil Defense Register. It has been established for nearly 12 years and has been promoting the integration of dogs into human society. According to Castellano, the association's volunteers are certified in using defibrillators, making it a reliable and respectful educational example. The Future Association is set to commence operations in mid-April, collaborating with the Monopoli Coast Guard on a "Safe Sea" project.

The "Safe Sea" project focuses on ensuring safety at sea by conducting summer rescue demonstrations and preventive training with rescue dogs working alongside lifeguards. Three decades ago, Italy opened its first special rescue dog training schools, and since then, approximately 300 dog units have been patrolling around 30 Italian beaches, with one trainer assigned to each power lifesaving dog. According to The Times, these dogs undergo a year of intensive training with their handlers to become "hexapod" rescuers, capable of performing various tasks such as jumping out of boats and helicopters.

With the assistance of lifesaving dogs, we felt the need to broaden our rescue efforts, especially during emergencies that occur outside of our usual operating area.

The president of Italy Nautical Rescue Dog School, Mr. Donato Castellano, stands with Dr. Simona Campagna's team in Corato.

Mr. Donato Castellano, president of the Italian Marine Rescue Dog School, emphasized the important role of AED equipment in rescue operations at sea and on land. In order to jointly expand Amoul® emergency and critical care solutions to other rescue fields, integrate fearless rescue dogs into human society, protect waterfront areas, and rescue people in distress, the association uses Amoul® AEDs for operational activities.

We would like to express our gratitude to our partners for their support and a special thank you to Dr. Simona Campagna for referring us. This referral has allowed us to save more lives in the field of first aid in Italy.
