1.Minimum proven experience of five years as a Product Manager, Product Specialist or related position in the medical equipment industry. Comprehensive technical (scientific, theoretical and practical) and market knowledge regarding the following product lines in intensive care: pulmonary ventilation, compression and resuscitation, defibrillation;
2.Complete higher education degree (bachelor's or master's) in physical therapy, nursing, biomedical engineering or related fields;
3.Professional self-discipline, autonomy, and self-reliance. Collaborative mindset and ability to manage tasks, identify priorities, demonstrate results and work proactively, even under remote management and high pressure;
4.Excellent analytical and communication skills both visual, verbal and written. Excellent oratory and interpersonal soft skills;
5.Availability to travel throughout the Brazilian territory to carry out the tasks inherent to the job;
6.Fluency in English proven through certification test or experience abroad and interview. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus;
7.Domain of Office tools and online remote collaboration tools used to carry out the tasks inherent to the job.

1.Training: conduct training on the installation, use and maintenance of medical devices for distributors and end user customers in Brazil, such as public and private hospitals and emergency medical services (EMS) units;
2.Suporte técnico: apoiar nossos distribuidores realizando suporte técnico avançado sobre instalação, uso e manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos nossos produtos, atendendo as necessidades do cliente de maneira rápida e eficaz;
3.Customer satisfaction: conduct customer satisfaction surveys, obtain constant technical feedback on our products, and report demands from the Brazilian market to the company's team of engineers in China;
4.Generate leads: identify and generate market demand for our products. Along with our local distributors, carry out professional visits to introduce products to potential customers in the local market;
5.Hold promotional events: Create and implement lectures, seminars and other events, to be held independently or in partnership with local distributors and KOLs, in order to consolidate the brand's presence in the Brazilian market. Hold product launch events;
6.Recruit KOLs: prospect and maintain a close and healthy relationship with medical associations and KOLs in the fields of respiratory physical therapy, intensive care medicine, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, emergency medical services and related areas;
7.Biddings and tenders: monitor the participation and performance of our distributors in biddings and tenders, and periodically report the outcomes;
8.Trade exhibitions: plan and organize, with the support of the marketing department and the Country Manager Brazil, the company's participation in trade exhibitions and similar events in Brazil;
9.Content generation: create marketing content aimed at the Brazilian market audience for use on social networks;
10.Reports: prepare periodic reports, both technical and strategic, on the work carried out, for the Country Manager Brazil, to whom the Product Manager will report directly;
11.Permanent learning: keeping abreast of technological advances in the sector and relevant health guidelines published by national and international institutions such as AHA and the ERC. Constant training through participation in workshops and membership in professional associations.
