Electrical Impedance Tomography
EIT600
The Electrical Impedance Tomography Amoul® EIT600 is a sophisticated non-invasive solution for real-time visualization of pulmonary ventilation and perfusion. Utilizing low-level electrical currents and an independent lung recruitment assistant, this technology provides valuable insights and integrates seamlessly with ventilators.
  • Overview of EIT
EIT is a bedside technology for non-invasive body monitoring. It sends a safe, low-level current through surface electrodes. Other electrodes collect voltage signals and convert them to resistance values by Ohm's law. Advanced algorithms calculate the impedance distribution of internal tissues, creating real-time images of organ function.
