The Republican Spartakiad of Ambulance and Emergency Medical Care Teams was held in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan from August 8 to 10. This event served as a platform to demonstrate our innovative Ambulance Solutions and their significant impact on emergency rescue practices, attracting considerable attention. The competition, hosted by the National Coordination Center for Emergency Medicine and the Association of Emergency Medical Care of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH), gathered medical rescue teams from across the country, aiming to identify the top brigade through an annual competition.

Distinguished representatives from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat and the Health Department of the Abay region, as well as the National Coordination Center for Emergency Medicine, delivered welcoming speeches to the Spartakiad participants. T. Muratov, Chairman of the Board of the NKTSEM, emphasized the vital role of emergency medical services in Kazakhstan's healthcare system. He expressed gratitude to emergency medical workers and extended well wishes for the success of all Spartakiad participants.

The unveiling of life-saving innovations and comprehensive ambulance solutions garnered considerable attention from paramedics and physicians. Among the featured technologies were the E6 cardiopulmonary resuscitator, the T5 emergency and transport ventilator, and the i3 automated external defibrillator – all certified for emergency transport via land, sea, or air. These devices epitomize notable progress, holding the potential to significantly impact emergency scenarios.

During the event, attention was drawn to the introduction of state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment, including the automated external defibrillator. This device provides real-time guidance for defibrillation and CPR, featuring audible and visual indicators throughout the rescue process. Additionally, the Amoul® Cardiopulmonary Resuscitator E6 allows paramedics to administer uninterrupted and secure chest compressions, enabling them to focus on additional critical tasks while maintaining continuous compressions. The T5 transport ventilator, equipped with both invasive and non-invasive ventilation modes and smart connectivity features, promises swift responses in critical situations. These innovations are approved for all types of missions, ensuring their adaptability wherever necessary. These groundbreaking advancements truly epitomize the spirit of rescue scenes.

The Spartakiad brought together 20 teams from across the country to participate in clinical stations designed to closely simulate real-life emergency situations. Each task was conducted in a clinical station designed to closely simulate real-life situations using mannequins and standardized patients. The assessment criteria included teamwork, the team's ability to make optimal decisions to save a patient's life within constrained time and space, as well as overall efficiency and coherence in providing medical care. Competent juries, comprising well-known medical specialists, evaluated the teams' performance.

The event buzzed with practical practices and discussions during the competition around the potential of providing an extensive array of medical services through advanced medical technologies. The Ambulance Brigade of the Abay Region secured first place, successfully defending their victory from the previous year.
